Replacement vouchers can take up to 28 days to arrive and will void your original vouchers.

We can only accept claims for non-delivery of vouchers for up to six months after the end of the month the points were originally redeemed (February, June and October). See Reward Programme rules.

You’ll earn points on all purchases made with your Partnership Credit Card from the date the transaction is posted to your account, this is usually a few days after you make the transaction. Before it is posted, the transaction is pending and you’ll be able to see the transaction and posting dates on your monthly statement.

You can find a list of how and where you can earn points, in our Reward Programme Rules at John Lewis and Waitrose.

You can keep track of the points you have earned by:

signing into your Partnership Credit Card Online Account Manager

the John Lewis Credit Card app, or

you can view them on Page 2 of your monthly statement

Points are earned on eligible purchases once the transaction has been posted to your account, which is usually a few days after you make the transaction. Before the transaction is posted, it is pending.

You can see pending transactions in the Partnership Credit Card Online Account Manager and app. The transaction and posting dates are also shown on your monthly statement.

To view the number of points that have been redeemed you can go to Page 2 of your monthly statement (See example).

There’s no expiry date on vouchers that have been issued to you – they’ll always remain valid.

Each point you earn has a life of two years (we’ll redeem your oldest points first), however if your account is closed for any reason, all points earned but not redeemed are forfeited.

This will vary depending on the promotion, please check the terms of the offer.
For further information on the reward programme and promotions please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

If your voucher has become accidentally damaged, please contact us. If we send you replacement vouchers these will arrive in the post no later than 28 days after your request.

Once you’ve scratched off the foil panel, the voucher cannot be redeemed in any of our shops, or if the security code has already been used when shopping online or over the telephone at johnlewis.com.

If the value of the vouchers you receive is less than that stated in your letter, please contact us. We’ll cancel any missing vouchers that were allocated to you and send you replacement vouchers in the post.

If we send you replacement vouchers these will arrive in the post no later than 28 days after your request.

Replacement vouchers can take up to 28 days to arrive and your original vouchers will be void.

Shop as usual on the website and then proceed to checkout. During checkout you'll be asked to enter two codes for each voucher you wish to spend.

These are:

For multiple vouchers, enter one set of voucher codes at a time.

After entering in the voucher codes, your order will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the voucher(s). If there's any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card including your Partnership Credit Card in the usual way.

There are some exclusions. To view these please see Reward Programme rules.

You’ll earn points on eligible purchases made at John Lewis & Partners and Waitrose & Partners shops or on our websites at the rate of 5 points for every £4 spent. For all other eligible purchases made elsewhere, you’ll earn points at the rate of 1 point for every £4 spent.

Please see how and where you can earn points at John Lewis and Waitrose for more information.

No, you can’t exchange vouchers for cash.

Yes, you can use John Lewis Partnership vouchers in Waitrose & Partners shops and at waitrose.com.

For items bought in a shop with a voucher, return the item with proof of purchase to one of our shops and you’ll be given a gift card to the correct value. If you return an item you bought online using a voucher, we’ll usually refund the amount to an e-gift card.

If the goods purchased in Waitrose & Partners and John Lewis & Partners shops total less than the value of the voucher, the remaining value will be put onto a gift card for you to use.

If the total amount of your online order is less than the value of your voucher, then any leftover credit will be lost and cannot be redeemed against future orders. Please see our voucher terms and conditions for more detail.

Vouchers can be used at any John Lewis or Waitrose store, or online.
