We've made pet claims even easier online:

1. Whether you're the owner or the vet, simply complete our fast-track online form to claim back medication and treatment costs.

2. Upload your invoices and confirm the details.

3. Then submit online – it’s as simple as that.

We can settle these claims with payment to the policyholder or the treating veterinary practice, whichever you prefer.

Once you've provided all of the information requested, our team of experienced claims handlers will assess and validate your claim.

Alternatively, you can arrange for us to pay your vet directly, provided they agree (excess applies), so that you can concentrate on getting your pet better.

If your pet needs to be referred to another vet, your normal vet will agree with you which one to use from our referral vet network below.
