What are the exchange rates in store?
When you’re buying or selling currency at a Bureau de Change, you'll need to have some valid ID with you. This can be any of the following:
Occasionally we may ask you for additional ID dependent upon the transaction. In this case we would accept recent utility bills, bank or credit card statements or other formal ID that shows your address.
You can buy and sell travel money at our Waitrose branch in Cheltenham. When you enter the store, just head over to the Bureau de Change desk, where one of our Partners can help you with your currency exchange. If you need help finding us, just ask any of our Partners, who will be happy to point you in the right direction.
