For cancellations, you'll also need to bring proof of your holiday cancellation. Online orders require a minimum online order of £250 for home delivery and Click and Collect. Orders placed before before 3pm will be eligible for next day home delivery.

Guarantee return within 35 days

If your trip to Poland has been cancelled, you can return your currency to any John Lewis Bureau de Change. You’ll receive a full refund, even for online orders. Returns will need to be made within 35 days of the purchase date. Bring your original order receipt or order confirmation, proof of holiday cancellation and a valid ID when you come by to make your return. 

Please note that you can only return or buy back currency in-store.

Sell your leftover Polish złoty

After your trip, you can sell any złoty you have left over, and we’ll convert them back into pounds. Just stop by your nearest John Lewis Bureau de Change with a valid ID to make a buy back.
